Poor customer services and way of running things

It's very difficult to get a hold of ITT when you have any issues with receiving a parcel. 1) They do not send you a notification prior to your parcel being out for delivery so you just get an unexpected phone call from the drive that he's outside 2) When calling their customer service to report an issue, they advise someone will call you back but they NEVER do 3) The only reason this is 2 star review is because I had a VERY patient driver by the name of Nino who went out of his way to make sure that I receive my order.
