Pathetic service

After 4month of battling with Buffalo I find that ITT is responsible for my package being delivered to the wrong address and constantly insisting I received my package.So I emailed the director of ITT and he wants names.Might I add after all of my stress with this package issue and millions of calls and emails who even remembers all tjose names.I receive an email the previous day stating the will get back to me before COB and its a new day still no feedback.It does not take 4months to solve something so simple or send out the driver to show the house he delivered to.Clearly they are trying to avoid taking responsibility.Their driver is clearly responsible for this mess and should be held accountable.4months of battling with Buffalo now this.ITT has a signature which is not mine or anybody at my house.Send out the damn driver as I was told by Buffalo the courier company would do.
