PARCEL DELAY & NO COMMUNICATION FROM ITT

My order has been handed over to ITT &it has been with been with them for more than 10 days now . The last update I got was through the Shein app that it’s on floor check on floor check since the 11th April . I’ve been calling and a lady picked up and asked for my tracking number to ,as I was about to give it to her she dropped the call . I tried calling all the numbers made available on the internet no one is picking even sending them emails countless times didn’t make the situation better . What makes me mad is that I have a graduation asap and I’ve ordered & paid customs in time for this delay because it’s more than the 3-5 days now . Can I get my parcel please.
