ITT : Worse service ever. Do not use!!

Never use these clowns. They are totally unprofessional and ***********. If I were this *********** I would have been fired from my job ages ago.

I have ordered items from overseas, fulfilled by Buffalo Logistics, who hands it over to ITT when it arrives in South Africa. It all went fine until ITT took possession of the items. For days there were no communication or any updates other than "Floor check". Not sure what they are checking on the floor? Dirty spots? The items were sitting in their Cape Town warehouse for 6 days with no communication and no updates. Just siting. This is ridiculous. Another proudly South African service.

They are highly allergic to emails or phone calls and their failure in communication is a disgrace.

Last night they suddenly woke up and decided to deliver the parcel at 8pm in the evening when there was no one at home. Their driver called to say they are at the house. Informed the driver we cannot sit under house arrest until they decide to deliver and we are not home. Delivery is expected to be within working hours. It was then arranged that the package will be delivered at 11 am this morning. My wife stayed at home for the sole purpose of receiving the delivery. They were a no show. I tried getting hold of ITT but in their usual I don't give a flying F fashion. all communication is ignored.

Do not use these clowns. There are better logistics and transport companies.
