ITT courier what a joke of a company
*********** service they left me ringing on some extension for close to 15min then picked up the phone said "tsek man" and cut the call . On trying to call back my call was answered once and cut immediately and the following 10 calls were just not answered they have delayed my package for 2 days and dont have the decency or the backbone to actually give a person a answer. ANDERIES DE LANGE your branch is a joke

17 May 2020, 11:14I was fortunate enough to deal with Grant Tomlinson and he treated me with the utmost respect and assured me that it was unfortunately a hitch in the system due to covid 19 overloading the system with orders, he then assured me my problem was his and it would be sorted out before COB that day , the time was 4:45Pm and was quite sceptical that this would happen , but to my surprise Grant Msged me and let me know that my parcel was on it's way and he had personally overseen the loading process. With in 30min of his msg a private car pulled up which he had procured and made sure my parcel was delivered before 6pm that night I would personally like to thank Grant Tomlinson and his tracking personnel specifically Chantel B. Thanks a mil it was completely amazing the amount of effort that was put in to get my parcel on time , Thanks you very much for the great service .
