Itt courier should close

I have been waiting for my parcel ,of which I do not mind...but the problem is the response n attitude of the personnel from cape town branch...I have been calling just to find out about my parcel and for the past four days,the lady kept saying " leave your details we will call u" n they don't...n I get same response everyone I call..
