ITT courier is the worst

ITT is the worst courier! As a first time online buyer I wish I was never placed with this courier! I purchased my items 3 weeks ago and it arrived in Cape shortly after the purchase. Once the courier recieved the package they starting giving me stories about how the parcel was not yet handed over to them, eve ln though the site clearly stated the parcel was in their possession. I will never trust/recommend this company as they are a bunch of ****s with no customer service skills whatsoever. All contact details they give you does not work and they take ages to reply to emails. Really disappointed and disgusted!!!
