ITT COURIER HORRIBLE SERVICE

Firstly staff needs to be tough customer service Please!!! Went to the depot to collect my parcel because etween ITT and Buffalo they lack the ability to carry out the duty they are already paid for, but they failed to give me my parcel at the depot claiming that my parcel in one of 5000 items received the day before so they won't be able to lo ate it and that I'd receive this the following week. HORRIBLE SWEVICE QITHOUT A DOUBT!!
