ITT COURIER AND CIELLO

They are SO SLOW. They received my parcel on the 23rd May 2019. It arrived at ITT Jhb 28 and 31st. Its now the end of the day of the 9th of June and they cant tell me when it will even be moving. No movement when i track it. When i phone they say maybe another 7 days. Bongi at least said she will phone me back today. I dont think so but lets see. Cielio should find a new courier company. Will never use either company again. When i phone Cielo. They follow up just to tell me sorry there is a backlog. And tomorrow no movement same story
