Inconvenience couriers

I have only had the worst experience with these people. 2nd time ordering from Shein, and they have my parcel. Parcel has been out for delivery since 27/10 /2023 and today is the 1st of November. The driver is the most rudest person I've ever dealt with. He calls me on Monday morning asking me "are you coming?". I ask who is this and where am I coming to? He replies "Ma'm I have your Shein order, I'm at shoprite Mfuleni. When I asked him how he can just call me and ask if I'm coming when he did not even inform me that he'll be delivering, he said" didn't I send you a message "?. I said no, and I'm not in a position to come as I'm sick and have no transport. He said he'll be there again tomorrow, and I said I'll let him know if I'll be able to come. I called him yesterday and sent messages with no response. Called their office multiple times, wasting my airtime and no one can give me answers. He is not responding to their messages and calls as well it seems. Spoke to a "supervisor" this morning, Megan. She was going to call me back and I'm still waiting.
