Impatient delivery guys

i am expecting 3 parcels from Temu...Buffalo couriers .... On buffalo tracking is states in transit...when I queried via whatsapp they advised it will be delivered yest....HOWEVER....someone was at my house rang the bell and left.....when we got to the door they were gone....so we dont know whether it was the ITT driver that was impatient to wait...as this is not the first time an ITT guy just leave....so please advise on this and whether delivery will take place again if it was your guy.....
