Horrible experience

I have never received a horrible experience like I did now, I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered and when I call them, they are not picking up and tlwheb they finally do I'm being told it's out for delivery and you can hear from the or voice that they are lying I then requested for a number that I can call which will be the delivery guy. AND THEY JUST LAUGHED AND DROPPED ME WITH THE PHONE THIS WAS THE NUMBER ***
