CPT depot bad customer service

Cape Town Depot is the worst! I was told I could collect my package only to sit outside the gate in the sun for over an hour! All they had to do was tell me there was a miscommunication with their call centre and that they were overwhelmed and could not assist me at the time -even though this is an inconvenience I understand that it can happen. Instead the security guard scolded me like a child and the receptionist kept demanding the name of the person who sent me like I was part of a conspiracy to ruin her day! I calmly asked if I should leave or wait- she put me on hold and then put down the line. I wasted an entire afternoon. PE dispatch was trying to be helpful on the phone but CPT has ZERO customer service skills. Also still haven’t received my package and have no indication of when I will.
