Can i collect my order.

The status of my order say floor check, and the company i ordered from says theres resource issues at the company. Ive been calling the ITT 086 number and the specifically the Worcester branch at their 023 number but it rings, until it says mailbox full. I want to go collect since it appears they wont make the delivery. Ref BUFZA***YQ. Can I just go to the branch and collect.
