Awful business allocated to wrong neighbourhood

I ordered from SHEIN and it was cleared for delivery at customs by Buffalo. It have been allocated to ITT couriers. Since, it has been lost at the report and found again and then shipped out to Gugulethu, where I do not stay. I gave my address correct, which states Nyanga and they allocated my shipment to Gugulethu. I received calls saying they are at Gugulethu police station which I have no way of getting to. They claimed they will delivery it at my address after I insisted, then they asked for my address!!!?? Why would you need my address again after I entered it in the Shein app? Then later he calls again, keep in mind I work full time and I have to take time off to respond to this nonsense. I call him back to ask what the update is someone was waiting at my house all day and they didn’t come. He says again they were at Gugulethu police station. I explain AGAIN I’m not from Gugulethu. He then goes oh they have incorrectly allocated you to Gugulethu. I say bring it to Nyanga and he says he can’t as he has not been allocated to Nyanga. I tell him to send the parcel to someone who will deliver to my address. He said he needs my address after I already gave it to him a second time. I give him the address again and my work address. He says they don’t ship to high risk areas and has to return the parcel with the new address and request a call back for me which I have not gotten yet. Tracking just says returned to depot. I need my freaking parcel where is it and when will it be delivered?
