Reasonable prices and they know what they are doing

I dropped of my Karcher carpet cleaner yesterday (ITS George) for assessment after being referred to them by Karcher customer care. They made quick work of the assessment despite the power outages, and phoned me today to let me know it was only an airlock. Not only did they only charge me a very reasonable price, they also offered to show me how to clear it myself in future. Great service and professionalism. Thank you.
