ITS Pumps and Seals Port Elizabeth Episode 2

Good day, This is the second time that I will wright a review about ITS Pumps in Port Elizabeth After the first review I suddenly received an email from Johan at ITS stating that the pump was in the progress to be fixed, the only way they will fix it now is for me to remove the review on Hello Peter otherwise not. I rep**** to Johan that we way past that, but I will remove the review on a refund not fixing, because I couldn't get any satisfaction out of them I was forced to buy a submersible pump elsewhere. Note that I wasn't informed about fixing the pump. Looking back at the email correspondence, nowhere was mentioned that they will fix the pump, other than ask me three times for the invoice number for a apparent warranty claim but they informed me previously that there aren't any warranty claim on that pump, see the contradiction here. Also note that time has lapsed inbetween asking for the invoice number. No correspondence from ITS Pumps as to date!! Apart from the fact that there is no after service whatsoever, ITS Pumps port Elizabeth sits with a pump that I paid for, its MIRACULOUSLY fixable, so it can be sold again. It's the same as I walked in randomly one day write a cheque for R1400 turned around and there I go nothing to show for it.
