Unfortunately I have a bad review & experience about the above mentioned company.

I bought a submersible pump through them, which was installed at my home to fill the tank. It literally worked once by filling my tank.

It didn't want to fill the tank again, I spend quite an a amount of money on new fittings and tried everything but nothing worked to get that water to the tank even though the pump was running.

Eventually I took the pump back to be tested. On arrival I got a 'shoulder up' attitude from the sales guy Pieter so I asked to speak to the owner Johan.

Apparently he was busy so I said I will wait for him. I waited for a period of time and asked again I want to see him yet again I was told he was busy, so I asked why didn't he want to face me, he shouted out of his office I am busy and I shouted back telling him I will wait till he is done.

He came out of his office not even speaking to me telling them to test the pump and went back to his office.

After awhile I asked how long does it take to test a pump, they came back and showed me the fins on the propeller broke off. I asked them how is that possible and they gave me causes which I debunked.

To make a long story short, I have got no answer out of them to indicate as to what caused the fins to brake.

First I was informed that they will exchange the pump and a few days later I was informed otherwise, the reason being they can't do a warranty claim.

I emailed the owner Johan to which he rep**** that they will do a factory warranty claim.

I emailed back and asked for a timeframe as I need the pump ASAP and that was on the 2nd of November no answer as yet.

I must say ITS Pumps after service suck bigtime!!!
