Completely ********* – My Car Was Used for personal Use Without Permission!

I am appalled by the disgraceful conduct of this workshop. I entrusted my vehicle to them for repairs, only to find out that it was used without my knowledge or consent. This is a serious violation of trust and borders on unauthorized use of private property. At no point did I permit my car to be driven or used for anything outside the scope of mechanical testing. The fact that someone felt entitled to use my car as if it were their own is not only unprofessional — it is blatantly *********.

My car was driven to Vasco Lounge, Swanneville, Rietvlei, and KwaMagogo Tarven without my permission. I left my car at their workshop on 3 Rooibok Street, Allen's Nek, Roodepoort, but had to pick it up in Krugersdorp after they recently moved there. The car had scratches, food all over the back seat, and the trunk no longer works, still containing their staff's belongings, including plasma and cables. Had I not checked the tracker, I would not have known my car was also used as transport for their move. May I also add that the car is still not fixed. The owner, Leeto has been ignoring my calls and texts.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deeply disturbing. If I wanted to leave my car with people who treat customer property like a personal toy, I would’ve gone elsewhere. I expect mechanics to be responsible, not reckless and disrespectful.

To date, I have not received a proper explanation or any form of accountability. I am now forced to escalate this to consumer protection authorities and consider legal action if necessary.

Do not trust this business (MOTOFLUX) with your vehicle. They have no regard for customer property, professionalism, or basic decency
