It's Home Electrical have installed a 8kw Solar system at my house and I have received the best service from Johan, Chantal and their installation team.

They are very professional, work done is neat and tidy.

The price they quoted me was by far the best from all the quotes I received.

The morning of the installation on 20 October I realized that I haven't informed them about me having a Pre-paid municipal meter. I contacted Chantal who quickly made the amendment to the quote, informed the installation team about the changes, who then came prepared with everything to complete the job.

Another thing which I feel is worth mentioning, is that they don't request a deposit upfront (No risk of people taking your hard earned money and disappear without doing the installation!!). They did the installation as per the agreement and according my expectation and only after the system was switched on and settings adjusted to cater for my needs I was informed that the work have been completed and I made the deposit for the full amount into their bank account.

A week later the area where I stay had a power outage caused by cable theft and as always during the same time there was hardly any Sun to keep the system going. I contacted It's Home Electrical again and requested to install the Generator plug which I thought at the time of the initial installation I wouldn't need. With their busy schedules they made a plan to have the installation done within two days from my request which I also feel was great service from them.

The system is now live for about 6 to 7 weeks and during this time I contacted Johan a few times via WhatsApp who then assisted me without issues which also form part of the after sales agreement, to assist with managing/monitoring the system.

I would recommend them to anyone and I have already introduced It's Home Electrical to some of my friends and colleagues.
