Poor service / lie's

Hi,

I have been experiencing poor service from you , I have bought cellphone and delivery turn-around time 3-5 days. Until today my parcel not yet received , day 14 today. Pnj***3 . If I ask for the refunds you telling me I have to wait for 14 days , i am already waited 14 days to get my parcel instead of 5 days waiting period.
