I am shocked on all those complains in makro online if I knew

I bought tv box in the 26 August 2025 that was 400+50 delivery and it was supposed to be delivered on the 01 September 2025 around 13:00 I call them to find out if they are going to deliver as written under my order but the answer was no there is still a problem s I I asked if iddnt when we're they going to let me know, okay the guy apologize it's fine I asked when can I expect it he said during the week later on Wednesday morning I received an sms not even an email just sms stating that my order was cancelled because they are out of stock to my suprise I check it on line I can still see it still stating online only worse I will get my refund in the 23 Sept why, no one bother to call me and arrange something no, they don't care of loosing costumers, I am really disappointed in makro
