The worst customer service ever!!!!

<p>I have been calling and emailing Itron to enquire about our abnormally high electricity tariffs. The tariffs that Itron charges on the prepaid meters is more than double the Eskom rates. It is **************** and they refuse to repond to my emails or my phone calls. </p> <p>It is deplorable what they are doing . Electricity is already expensive on its own, now with their ridiculous charges, it has become unmanageable.</p>
