Smart meters faulty

Installed smart meter, Eskom started switching off according to heavy load<br> I have turned off all my switches ie geysor stove and still power going off<br> the company number given by eskom says it doesn't exist<br> using ***<br> and ***<br> cant get hold of them and they want to supply the whole of SA yikes we are in for a surprise<br>
