Terrible Service, Poor product knowledge

I moved all my IT and ISP and VOIP needs to ITP Holdings. Their service was bad, they had no product knowledge, did not plan the site work. went on Holiday and left my site standing. I had to fight to get a technician here to sort my things out. Their internet they installed here after warning them that I cant work with slow internet on my 20 mg line, their internet had a max of 0.86 meg per second. it took them 9 days to sync my Outlook accounts. For 9 Days we could not work, not send email or receive emails. They have no respect for your business standing still while they trying to figure out how things work. I had to get them back countless times to fix mistakes. And you are not allowed to lose your temper. They are rude to you and their main goal is to get money from you and not to sort your problems out or give you any solutions.
