I have purchased the Itouch Infinity at a cost of R2000.00.Was told while still chatting to the salesperson that I would receive an email regarding my lifetime warranty. I left after a long while still not receiving the email.Got home and checked out the contents which I was very satisfied with.I then filled out the lifetime warranty form,(that I found in the box)as it stipulates that you have to apply within 10 days of purchase. I have emailed the very night I bought it,30 April and sent copies of the email to a WhatsApp no that I came across. It's almost a month later and not 1 person has rep****.So...the purpose of the lifetime warranty is to make sure that I will never be without my device.Meaning when the battery ever packs up,it will be replaced.It is not something you can buy off the shelf anywhere, mind you.People be wary of buying from Itouch.I wonder if the warranty ever exists.
