iTouchSA should be labelled a ****

If I could award a zero rating, I would.

I bought this product at Design Joburg. When I got home it did not work out of the box. After numerous phone calls and begging and pleading I seem to be nowhere. Product could not be preplaced as advertised as the sale consulted ignored me, and I wanted a refund. The staff member that handled refunds refuses to take my call and responds with unhelpful one-liners. It has now been a month of going backwards and forwards with no end in sight. It has since been a battle with *********** and unprofessional staff that refuses to speak to one another the get the situation resolved. I was even told by one staff member that ''it is not their duty''. I for one believe this is a **** and would not recommend to anyone to buy this product. I for one will actively campaign against this product every chance I get.

Do not waste your time or your money. Your life would be better off without iTouchSA.
