Bought this for my pregnant daughter at a Baby fair in Pretoria. Maybe the company should have properly trained sales reps. They made such a boatload of promises and assured us of 24/7 online support from trained docters etc. We did not open and trst the product on the spot, as we were shopping for other baby stuff. When eventually it was used and did not work as promised, nobody gave support. Apparently they don't have 24/7 support! Such a disgrace taking advantage of people who wanted to support a company.
