Aminah, the sales lady was very informative and explained everything clearly and demonstrated the product. She gave me different options and was very friendly. I have already tried the back belt and had the pads on my shoulders as well as trying the gloves for my carpal tunnel. It was all amazing and I am so glad I bought it.
