A bad review for both ARAMAX and iTOUCH c ape town

last year i bought a tenz machine from itouchsa. it was supposee to work on the tense muscles and relax them . it srarted well and then the machine wjichnwas under lifelong warranty didnt work. it was a show special and i paid R2000.00: I called the service department and they said i should send it back, to cape town which i did, at this point imsent it via pick and oay courier ARAMAX . well th courier got hijacked and the only courier service in the world that doesnt have insuramce . So a big no to using this courier service as neither itouch nor aramax would accept responsibility and i the. consumer got caught in between with noncompensation
