Itouch is a ****, their website is always offline. My child ordered a phone WhatsApp and after 4 weeks she still has not received it or any communication from them. Texted them today but they did not respond as soon as I told them I'm following up on an order. Such a shame ****ming kids and university students because they cannot afford to buy new phones
