ITM Timber Merchants

This timber supplier has given us the worst service possible and not for the 1st time we ordered a sizable amount of timber from them and were promised that there would be minimal knots cracks etc on the timber they knew what we need the timber for which is why we requested that the condition of the timber be appropriate of what we needed, we were assured that timber is excellent condition and will work for what we are manufacturing.

when the timber arrived it was the total opposite of what we were promised cracks,knots and curved like you wont believe we called to ask the manager to come out and have a look with the timber and we would use what we could and send back the rest or swap it out for better quality of timber which was refused by him and the told me that i can't expect all the timber to look a certain way yet there are defects on every piece of timber and he refused to take it back we are pressed for time and started working with the timber intending to sort the problem out as we go a long and were told no refund s or swaps will be done we argued got a bit irate and he refused tom come out and assist to solve the problems they have caused us

after doing business with them for many years this is the treatment and "service" we are currently receiving which dismal and very disappointing to say the least
