Attitude and bad customer service

The guy went to my home and took my Honda cylinder without notifying me in 2022 February, I asked him to tow the car and park it at my place, but he spoke to my then partner who is NOT an owner of the car and he knew very well, as I had told him a number of times. I only found out that the cylinder is with him when I wanted to sell the car in March 2023 as I have bought another one in 2022. That was a big Suprise to me as he didnt tell me and the partner didnt tell me as well, we were separating anyway. I then asked the debt he had created for me as I couldnt sell the car without it. It took me long enough to find the money to pay as it was not budgeted for, on the 12th of JUly I finally made a payment and asked the office very polite to inform me when it's ready but 20 days later no communication. pls see the comms between me and SIFISO the guy who took my cylinder without my consent, the guy is so pompous and arrogant. Sawbona mam, hope ukahle, uSifiso lona, mam it has been 17 months since you left you cylinder head with us, then when you remembered you became very rude in your approach in the matter, we then had to hound you for 4 months to make payment, now that you have, you still don't ask you use threats, by all means mam please go to HELLO PETER and ask them to come and collect your cylinder head as we have been waiting for you to collect it. The guy is so rude, he didnt know that I had already asked when will this be fixed.
