Julio Iglesias tickets

I bought tickets for the Julio Iglesias show in Moreletta Park Pretoria.it was cancelled 2 days before the evend. I was notified via email and promised that tickets will be refunded. That was October 2016!!!still did NOT get any refund which is R2500!!promises made and postponed several times. How professional is that?how can I trust Itickets in future? All I hear is not now.we don't have the funds to pay you???!!!!!
