Chocolate and Coffee Expo Empty promises.....

I have attend the chocolate and coffee expo on the 18 July 2015, I have purchased 4 VIP tickets just to arrive to find no goodie bags were left nor any snacks in the VIP lounge it was weak organizing from an event perspective, I would like to be refunded to normal ticket price of R100, hence I would like to understand when I can expect the 400 to be paid back to me.<br> <br> It is definitely unacceptable.<br> <br>
