Worst customer service ever

Good afternoon, I have purchased 2 tickets in March 2021 for the Krone 7 that was suppose to be taking place on 6th of August 2021, due to us all going back to level 4 the have cancelled the show and offered us an refund or rebook for next year 2022. We accepted the refund offer on the 26th of May, up to today 17 July 2021 after alot of emails and pleading no refund was done. Please help so I can get my money back from this company as they are delaying the process without reason
