unauthorized payments immorally taken

I used my cheque card to make payments online for a church group in March. I then saw that itickets debited my account without my permission again in April for about R2000. 4 debits. after much back and forth. they refunded me about half of the payments. I still haven't received about half of the money back. I've sent my bank statements and made numerous queries. they now say they have refunded me with no proof of payment and are silent and i have not received all my money. I've now put in a statement of dispute with standard bank and am hoping to get my money back. I am a single parent of 2 and i need my money.
