Poor Service from itickets

Payment problems via website<br> Telephone lines down<br> <br> Email correspondence was pathetic and unwilling to assist - i was told to call again after I told them that the number was not working. Then I was told I will be called back but never was. I had to follow up with them continuously. <br> <br> I would rather book with computicket any day.
