Pay top money for bad seats

I bought two front row seats for the Clarkson, Hammond & May Live Show in Johannesburg for 3 pm on Sunday the 14th of June. They came at a heft R R 995.00 per ticket. We sat in Section F row 1 seat 11 and 12 which was pretty much center of the arena. The show started and all was going well then all of a sudden a mobile camera crew member slid the camera on a tripod right in front of us and I couldn't really enjoy the show as I had to keep looking left and right of the cameraman to see what was going on...after about 15 minutes of this I couldn't take it anymore and got up to ask the cameraman to move as I didn't pay to be looking at a cameraman for the majority of the show. He subsequently move again and it wasn't less than another 15 minutes and the cameraman came back to obstruct our view. Please explain to me as to why you pay so much for a ticket to be right up front and be apart of the action but the people in the stands had no problem as they were looking directly over the camera crew?? Surely I can get a % refund as I was looking at the back of a cameraman for the majority of the show!! I have pictures and video to prove it. Eagerly awaiting your response.
