Paid for tickets - tickets not received

I purchased two tickets to the Passion concert online with Itickets. The sale went through - I have a payment confirmation from Payfast, and the money has been taken from my credit card. I did not receive email confirmation from Itickets, nor did I receive my tickets. I have reached out on every platform possible, via facebook, email, their contact link, phone number, etc. No reply. Where are my tickets Itickets?
