No refund from iTickets

Booked for Krone 7, in 2020. Show cancelled and postponed due to Covid 28 Dec 2020, asked for a refund, of our tickets. Completed the refund form. 5 February 2021,sent mail to enquire. Received reply -" high volumes and refund will be flagged". 24 Feb - reply " refund will soon be processed" How soon is soon ?
