DOUBLE DEDUCTION FROM ACCOUNT

Bought Tickets through ITickets SA for show last month amount went of my card last month 27 March 2015 and then Standard Bank / I Tickets deducted the amount a second time on 14 April 2015 - called I Tickets they explained Standard Bank updated system therefore double deduction but it will be rectified within 24 hours.<br> Its now the 20th of April 2015 ALREADY AND NO REFUND YET? 6 DAYS LATER !!! This is unexceptable and very unprofessional from both ITickets and Standard Bank side - very very UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER !!!!
