Destroyed dream and bank balance

<p>I purchased tickets to the Julio Iglesias concert through itickets as I got more favourable seating there as opposed to the other ticket suppliers and concerts. </p> <p>The tickets were expensive but it was a dream of mine to see Julio, so to have the opportunity to sit close to the front was worth it. The concert was supposed to be on the 14th Oct, it was cancelled!!!</p> <p>I STILL have not received my refund and it has been over TWO months!!!! They committed to paying within 30 days of their notice, and yet now they say the cannot pay and don't know when it will happen. NEVER use these people, to wait over two months and have your dream destroyed is really revolting. It appears they cannot support their client base from a cash flow perspective so I would be concerned that other people are also going to be ****** of their monies and be disappointed</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
