Total disregard - Total disrespect-No service provider

iTHUBA PROTECTION SERVICES(Cape Town- Kalkbay): we are there 2 protect parking spaces. Park over 2 parking spaces for 1 vehicle ( KF 74 WS) a Tactical unit vehicle. Control Room right there No Knowledge of vehicle. Telephone number on vehicle *** does not exist ( to all who subscribe to this company hopefully you have an alternative). Cape Town office closed!!! Johannesburg fortunately could share number of Cape Town other control room. Botty claims vehicle parks overnight in road ( not inside there space) and night duty/ response vehicle then takes keys and goes off . Totally disregard and disrespectful to the public and persons in wheelchairs/ crutches or parents with kids or anyone wanting parking. Total disregard for the safety of the clients that pay- incorrect number on vehicle plus no keys to respond anyway. Staff in control totally have disregard for situation and clueless on how to respond. No managers or supervisors available even on mobile to assist. This matter deserves escalating to the authorities that licence companies like Ithuba Protection Services
