Terrible traumatic experience from Ithuba SPS

I am so frustrated with Ithuba Security Protection Services. I reported that the alarm is not working on the 11 April 2026 in Polokwane. Nothing was done had a break in and ****** goods on 24 April 2026. I went to the office to report the matter that goods were ****** because the alarm is not working and their mabagenent came to witness the situation I was so traumatised when I went to their offices. They promised to revert back to me on Tuesday 29 April 2026. Nothing happened I called them at 16h00 till now 18h18 there is nothing happening. and I called them twice.. I am forced to sleep somewhere else all this days because there is no alarm activation what a horrible and cruel service is like they dont care what happens to lives of their clients. I am soo traumatised and scarred of the incidence..
