Worst service

The service by Ithuba call center is such a mess. You call seeking information you dont get any assistance . It seems like call center agents have been trained to only give us bad service . Now I believe Ithuba is a **** and they all want money . I was even threatened that my account will be deactivated while all I needed was clarity. They can deactivate my account I will use alternative betting companies that values me as an online player. Anyway online on Ithuba doesn't produce winners . I done
