Withdrawal witheld
I deposited money into my ithuba portfolio and used some of it to play the daily lotto. The rest i tried to withdrawal but it get revered back into my ithuba account. When after hours of struggling to get through to the call centre ***the consultant tell me I can not withdrawal money i deposit only money that i have won. I never heard so much bull in my life. Then was told to email them/write a letter and then give a reason why i want my own money back. I send two emails, still waiting on response. I also won on the daily lotto a few rands but it is not reflecting on my account, consultant say it will show after 72 hours. I told her i won before and it reflect ed within a few hours, not 72 hours. I have also had to uploaded verification four times. This is crazy. I am affraid what will happen if you wen a big kjackpot, how many ring you have to jump before you get an answer, or even a response.
