Withdrawal on APP a disaster

I won R5000 on the pick 3 game via the Ithuba mobile app, i chose to withdraw my winnings via ATM, the system said i will get an sms from Ithuba and standard bank, i have received nothing so now i don’t know if i will ever get my winnings, i have tried to contact them but no luck. I am just going to delete this stupid mobile app and just play the lotto games the old fashion way in the shop. I mean why bring on an innovative product if you are going to fail to manage it, ITHUBA U SUCK
