Winnings withdrawal ****
So disappointed in Ithuba and it’s app. I requested an atm withdrawal of my winnings but have not received any notification from Standard bank on how to retrieve the money.

Please be advised that all withdrawal request can take up to 72 working hours to be processed. Once the transaction is processed, you will get notifications with a pin and voucher number to withdraw your funds.
Kindly note that due to the National Lockdown, most of our staff have been working remotely and this way of working has impacted our turnaround times.
