winnings not paid online

<p>I won money online and tried to withdraw to my bank , the system said someone will call me in hours. To date nobody called me I called the call centre 8 times and they said they cant help me because the online system is not handled by them. So does this mean if you win you dont get paid . so you must only spend money and you cant withdraw the money. Please call me to solve this mess or give the process to lodge a formal complaint . because you dont answer to my social media request and cant assist me on calls .</p>
